Mr. Leighton Williams has decades of experience in real estate, consulting, and franchising. He is a repeat entrepreneur and founder, establishing Lavamyz Consulting in London in 1999 to provide highly specialized Oracle consulting services to large multinational investment banks. From there, he moved on in 2005 to own two Subway franchises in South Wales, UK, which were successfully sold three years later. Additionally, in 2006, he founded Alison George Sales & Lettings, a business real estate brokerage and property management company which is still in business today. 

Between 2016 and 2020, Mr. Williams founded and exited a successful juice bar brand in London, became a co-owner of a busy health and wellness facility, served as chairman of a local sports charity in Cardiff, and founded a successful print and distribution company based in South Wales. He started Ivy Tower Management in the US in 2020, a Southern California-based business coaching and consultancy firm that focuses on empowering small to medium-sized businesses through a proven system of cost-cutting, strategic price increases, and more.
